Golden Star Ferries special amenities & facilities

On the conventional vessels of Golden Star Ferries there are facilities for people with disabilities such as adapted seats, elevators, ramps, wheelchairs and cabins. Make sure to confirm with the ferry operator if you need assistance with access.

Pets are welcome to travel in specially designated cabins and kennels. As the number of cabins is limited, it is recommended to book a cabin or a kennel for your pet in advance.

Pets are allowed at the outside deck area, should always be on a leash and wear a muzzle when circulating on the ship.

Additionally, Golden Star Ferries offers vehicle transport. For unaccompanied vehicles, a special form must be completed. Please note, however, that Ferryhopper does not handle ticket reservations for vehicles without drivers.
